BigFoot Posted November 14, 2023 Share Posted November 14, 2023 Hello everyone, We recently needed to create a new client in WHMCS, and we transferred ownership of 1 product/service from a previous old client to the new client. What we failed to realize is that the invoices and transaction history from that product DID NOT move to the new client with the product, they stayed in the old client. The new Client would obviously like to have the transactions and invoices in his new account. Does anyone know how to do this? I realize it involves a module or manual database manipulation. All the old modules that did this are no longer available. Does anyone do this or where to hire a trustworthy developer to do this for us? We reached out to WHMCS and they said they wouldn't/couldn't' help because it ruins accounting? If anyone could point me in the right direction to get some help, I would really appreciate it.
