JPlafata Posted November 14, 2023 Share Posted November 14, 2023 (edited) I've noticed pretty much all the links my clients receive in email communication are broken. This goes for the default email templates and email templates I've modified to contain custom links. Merge fields such as {$invoice_link} and hyperlinks I created in the rich text editor all point to something similar to "http://url2457.example.com/ls/click?upn=uu9ZRyPch7Nm4BJU0R...." where "example.com" is my domain name. I suspect there is some configuration that is incorrect, but am unsure where to check for this. Can any one shed some light on this issue? Evolve Web Hosting Posted November 17, 2023 Share Posted November 17, 2023 The 2 places I know of are under System Settings for the main URL and then the tags that you use within a given template. Does your browser have an extension that is creating that URL? If you are using a 3rd party email provider such as Mailgun, Sendinblue (now Brevo), etc. their service could be causing that output so that your stats are logged (opens, bounces, etc) within that Mail Provider's dashboard. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
