Creating New folder in newly created user cpanel

Hello,
I have create custom field in product and i want when client place order and select that custom field based on field value it will create a folder inside newly created cpanel account. I have create .php file inside /includes/hooks and use AfterModuleCreate hook but i don't know how to use create folder code inside that code or there is any other way to do that.
