Matias Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 I have 2FA enabled, not sure if that's related, but my session keeps closing whenever I'm working with tickets. I refresh the page, and it logs me out. It's not always consistent, sometimes the session lasts less than a minute, and other times it's 30 minutes. However, having to keep my phone nearby and constantly log in with the captcha and verification code is quite tiresome.
