We would like to be able to give our support staff access to just the basic client details (with no edit privileges) but feel they dont need to know the companies hosting income summary. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 20, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 20, 2008 This idea is that you don't allow access to the "Main Homepage" for support operators in which case they are shown the Support Center page as their homepage and thus no access to the Income Summary on the main admin homepage.
