JPlafata
I took an update from the admin area not realizing it wasn't supported by my hosting company, now my WHMCS pages and admin area all read "down for maintenance". I contacted customer support and they suggested I download the supported version of WHMCS directly from them, uploading files to the server replacing the core files of the site and after that, proceeding with any update prompts. Is there some guide on this? I'm new to WHMCS and not exactly sure what is considered a core file. I did take a backup prior to the update that contains a sql file.

Your best option is to restore that backup ASAP (all files and database) On 9/29/2023 at 2:03 AM, JPlafata said: I'm new to WHMCS and not exactly sure what is considered a core file.
