Add menu based on client group.

Hi Guys,

I am trying to setup a menuitem, under the SERVICE menu in the client area, that will only show for a certain client group.

I have the below code, but no luck. However, the same IF rule does work for other hooks...just not on the menu related one. Any ideas why this would not be working would be greatly appreciated.
