WHMCS V3.6.0 BETA Released

I am pleased to announce the release of the WHMCS Version 3.6 BETA. This is a BETA and so should not be run in a live environment. To clarify, you should not upgrade if you rely on your WHMCS. The BETA period will last for approximately between 1 and 2 weeks and then a stable release will be made. The online demo has also been upgraded to the latest version so you can give it a try there.

Improvements

 

Brighter Admin Interface with Coloured Menus & Icons

Modified shopping cart to show domain renewals in annual and biennial recurring totals

Added Existing Password check for password changes in client area

Modified order accepting page to only select the checkboxes if auto setup is enabled

Optimisations to support center & ticket listing pages

Added confirmation to custom field deletion from products to avoid accidental deletion

Added protection to domains pricing area to always add a preceeding "." to the TLD

Added auto-generated username checking to ensure duplicates never occur causing setup to fail

There have also been a number of security enhancements introduced in V3.6 so once the stable version is released we will be recommending that all users upgrade.
