nitaish Posted September 11, 2023 Share Posted September 11, 2023 Hello, I want to enable cross-selling of a few products with my shared hosting plans through whmcs. For testing, I added a product of PositiveSSL for cross-sell with Linux Shared Hosting. However, while placing order for the hosting, I cannot see the SSL product for cross-sell. I then added a product of premium email in the product for cross-sell. And while trying to add an order of the same Shared Hosting package, it shows me the Premium Email product suggestion with the hosting order but it does not show the SSL order. I had tested it in development server. I then set the same in the Production server, but the result was the same. Does it mean we cannot offer any SSL order option for cross-sell with any other product like hosting? Can anyone help? - Nitesh 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
