When placing an order, customers have a message: "Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to confirm your email address." In the settings, I enabled and disabled System Settings > General Settings > Security tab > Untick/Disable "Email Verification". It didn't help ((

Friends! I have solved my problem!!!
I'm telling you: in the Additional Modules, I had the "Limit Access For Unverified Accounts" module activated (although I don't remember it). And this module began to consider all ACTIVE clients INACTIVE. I didn't figure out how to configure it so that it doesn't touch active clients, so I just turned it off and my problem disappeared. But I do not know, maybe this module is needed? However, I couldn't figure out how to set it up...
