Custom checkboxes hook for client registration form

Hi,

I found this on a community:

I found it very helpful for adding custom checkboxes to the checkout form.

However, my question is, what needs to be changed in this code to add them to the client registration form as well.

It seems to me that the things I've highlighted need to be changed.

Does anyone know what needs to be entered there?
