pnkllr Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 Hi, Im not really sure on how to explain this, but from what i can see ive set up everything correctly but im wanting to make it so when a client orders a product it will automaticly create the account in cpanel and set up there account there, but everytime i try and do it, i get this error in yellow above. Server Command Error Account Creation Failed What am i doing wrong? Or is there something i need todo? Can u point me in the right direction telling me step by step what it is that needs to be done. uberhost Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 I'll try to help by asking some questions: Did you provide the correct username for your control panel ("root" for WHM, "admin" for DirectAdmin, etc)? Are you certain that you entered the proper password (and access hash for WHM)? Does your server "status" function display complete information?
