Invalid license error after failed login attempts

I was recently banned from my WHMCS admin area because of three failed login attempts. I waited till the ban lifted and attempted to go back to the admin signon screen to reset my password but am met with a Invalid License message. The strange part is, is that I can access the admin area outside of my home network. For example, disabling wifi on my phone and using mobile data to access/login to the admin area works fine it's only from any device to connected to my home network that has this issue. My first thought was my ip was banned, so I checked the tblbannedip table in the WHMCS database, but this table is empty. Can anyone offer any insight as to what's going on and how I might resolve this?
