JPlafata Posted June 16, 2023 Share Posted June 16, 2023 I attempted to log into the WHMCS admin area earlier today and entered my password incorrectly three times and was placed on a ban. The ban ended and I am now seeing an Invalid License error message at mydomain.com/admin. I can still access the admin area outside of my home network, but any computer or device is unable to get to the sign in screen for the admin area. I used PHPMyAdmin to check the WHMCS tblbannedips table to see if my home network's IP was still being banned, but that table is empty.
