AddTicketReply ignores clientid parameter

Hello:

I have observed while using the WHMCS API, specifically the AddTicketReply method, that when a user is logged in and the API call is made within their active session (with localAPI(...)), the clientid parameter is disregarded, resulting in the reply being added under the logged-in user's identity rather than the specified clientid. This prevents me from adding responses as a generic/other user while there is an active user session (for example, autoreplies or something like that...).

Would you mind confirming if this behavior is indeed the expected behavior in WHMCS. If so, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or workarounds you may have encountered or implemented to address this issue.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Javier
