Hello

I follow the community from afar, today I decided to sign up after finding a problem that I am not able to solve with my whmcs.

 

A client of mine is trying to transfer a domain to my company but I am getting the following error

Quote

"Order Acceptance Encountered Problems
Invalid domainName For Given ContactType"

 

Has anyone faced this issue or know of a way to resolve it? the domain is ".com.br" API of resellerclub.

I already contacted resellerclub without a solution to the problem.
