Configurable Options Subtitles on Order Form

Hello, 

I am trying to configure my order form so that when the item is worth $0 it shows up as "Included" instead of just $0. 

Eg. image.png.a9b4dd2d22e6227b931e8d738c12ba96.png

Instead of it reading Melbourne $0AUD, I would like it to read as
Melbourne
Included

 

I have done quite a bit of searching online and have not found how to do this as of yet. 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
