Chalipa Posted May 16, 2023 Share Posted May 16, 2023 Hi, All tickets sent to WHMCS departments are marked as "Blocked Sender". I have POP3 mail piping set. I have to "Ignore Error and Import" (see screenshot 2) so the mail/tickets are registered. Even when i do this, replies sent by clients are Blocked again.
