Problem viewing Kayako tickets with integration

Just as the title says, I'm having a problem with viewing tickets created from the WHMCS client area (through Kayako integration). Everything else works, but when you click on a ticket to view/reply it just refreshes the page.

 

For example: the browser URL shows << https://www.selopry.com/billing/supporttickets.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=5 >> when clicking on a ticket

 

BUT...it just shows all the available tickets to view again.

 

Any solutions? It's imperative I get this fixed because my clients rely in this.
