selopry Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 Just as the title says, I'm having a problem with viewing tickets created from the WHMCS client area (through Kayako integration). Everything else works, but when you click on a ticket to view/reply it just refreshes the page. For example: the browser URL shows << https://www.selopry.com/billing/supporttickets.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=5 >> when clicking on a ticket BUT...it just shows all the available tickets to view again. selopry Posted January 19, 2008 Author Share Posted January 19, 2008 ***FIXED*** I forgot to restore all of the templates in Kayako after upgrading to the CVS.
