Hourly based Billing

Hi all,

I have been looking over the forums and internet and can't seem to find an answer.

So I wanted to setup hourly based billing for our servers, AWS style to keep it simple.

-> client buys server

-> uses it for x amount of hours

-> gets charged for x amount of hours

I found the module - Advanced Billing, has everything - except, the issue I am having is that when someone puts in a cancellation to terminate their server, it is ran at the next daily cron, which won't really work for me as clients would be charged x amount more due to the server still running till the cron runs. - I hope that makes sense, made more sense in my head.

If anybody has a solution it would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Hello,

It sounds like you're looking for a way to implement hourly billing for your server clients, but you're running into issues with the Advanced Billing module's daily cron system. Unfortunately, I don't have enough context to offer a specific solution, but it may be worth looking into alternative billing modules or contacting the module's developer for assistance with modifying the cron schedule.
