PDJ Posted April 11, 2023 Share Posted April 11, 2023 (edited) Hi, My WHMCS systems sends domain renewal reminders to old clients that have closed their accounts. Their hosting package is marked as "terminated" and the domain is marked as "Cancelled" and the account is marked as "Closed", also the domain has been transferred to another registrar however it will still send the reminders.
