Centralize Ticketing

What is the best approach for centralizing multiple instances of WHMCS in one database and syncing data with these instances, given the limitations of the existing APIs? Specifically, we need to retrieve a list of tickets periodically based on the last updated time, but we have found no API route to accomplish this task. Any guidance or recommendations on best practices for resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
