Having Problem Custom Module Hooks Not reading Language Variable

First of All Thank you all ,

I am creating new custom module and inside module there is lang file and lang file is working fine for module own template file. But now for 'ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar' Not reading  my hooks.php. see the example below:

add_hook('ClientAreaPrimaryNavbar', 1, function (MenuItem $primaryNavbar) {

    if (!is_null($primaryNavbar->getChild('Billing'))) {  

        $primaryNavbar->getChild('Billing')

            ->addChild('Test Example', array(

                'label' => Lang::trans('myvariable'),//Not found my lang file variable but main lang file variable is working fine Example: "locale".

                'uri' => 'my-link here',

                'order' => '100',

            ));

    }

});

Please anyone tell me where i am wrong.
