yarantoos Posted March 10, 2023 Share Posted March 10, 2023 Hi there, The billing cycle of our services is yearly, but we want to invoice the excess usage on the last day of the month and we want to WHMCS automatically suspend a service when its overage costs are not paid but "include it on the next invoice to generate for the client option" is not good for us.
