I have a problem when looking for a domain name

When someone goes to buy a domain, if the domain is registered by another registrar there is no problem, it returns the warning that the domain is already registered, BUT...

if the domain is already registered in my whmcs then the php script fails returning a 500 error as a response!

 

WHMCS version: 8.6.1
