alessice Posted December 8, 2022 Share Posted December 8, 2022 Hello, I'm having trouble understanding how a client email ticket notifications work and I haven't found a clear answer in the documentation. I'm in the "client profile section": will a contact receive a notification if the same type of notification is not enabled in the profile tab? Are the user's notification tied to the notification settings in the profile tab? Is there a way to decide which notification to send to a non-owner user?
