ServPlus
Is there a way to assign a client an alternate email address? I have a couple of clients that want invoices sent to more than one email address.
raventec
I think that's a really good idea. I've got a client like that.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 20, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 20, 2006 Ok, so we need a field for one alternative email address? Should it also be possible to login using this email address? Should all emails go to both addresses? Matt
ServPlus
I really don't think the alternate email needs to have log in access. But it doesn't really matter to me either. If they do have log in I think it should be an option in case the main client doesn't want then to have access to the entire account. Is there a way you can add multiple fields? For example, the client may have a billing office that wants to get copies of invoices and receipts, someone else might want to get notifications and someone may want both. If you have a way to add alternate email address and then select if you want that address to receive notifications or invoices or both. Then you can add multiple alternates to receive specific information. You don't know how happy I am that I found your product. It is GREAT!
MACscr
I think only the primary should have login access. Maybe a nice little toggle in the admin area for switching the primary and secondary? Not really a biggie though.
Adam
Hey, Some host have the option of a secondary contact information which I think it cool, but like a second email would be nice. Also yes I also think that email should be able to login to WHMCS... From, Adam
coffee23
Hi, I also think a second email is cool. I think it should have the option to allow/disallow a login ability.
michelle
This would be nice. I would espeically like to use it for the mass mailings like if I need to notify the customer that there is a problem with the server.
