Calling a registrar module function inside a hook?

Hello.

I would like, in a hook, to call a certain custom function defined in a Registrar module.

That's to say:

• in a Registrar module (MyRegistrarModule_) it's defined a CrateContact function (MyRegistrarModule_CreateContact )
• I would like, in a hook (that may be internal or external to the Registrar module, it doesn't matter) call this MyRegistrarModule_CreateContact() function

Is it somehow possible?!?!
