jkalia Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 Getting alot of stripe uncaptured payments, customers are complaining of the captcha error they receive when they use stripe payment option. The bigger issue is that we don’t even capture the order where we can request the customer to retry (i.e lost revenue and lost order) Here are the questions: 1- Can someone help how we solve this uncaptured issue 2- Anyway to capture order and then collect CC details for payment processing - I understand we can use hosted gateway method but we do it keeping the customer on our own site? 3- Did anyone encounter recaptcha related issue with stripe payments at checkout? D9Hosting Posted October 4, 2022 Share Posted October 4, 2022 It's an issue that's as old as the hills, see here: WHMCS claimed they fixed it in v8.1.1 but we still come across it every now and again.
