Mustafa Yousif Posted September 21, 2022 Share Posted September 21, 2022 Hello everyone, I have "Oops error" issue in clients area with "orphaned service", I mean the server doesn’t connected to WHMCS by API, we resolve orders manually. when i disabled the hooks loading all is working properly, but when we enable it i get "Oops error" I’m disabled hook loading in our installation by adding the following to the configuration.php file: $disable_hook_loading= true; After doing so, we no longer see this problem. gynine3 Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 As i know It's possible that a hook is causing a conflict or an error that is preventing the proper functioning of the clients area. Review the error logs of WHMCS to see if any specific error messages are being generated when the "Oops error" occurs.
