Export WHMCS KnowledgeBase Articles

If you want to import the WHMCS KB into Kayako, you will want to contact Kayako to achieve the correct information that must be imported.

There isn't a standard XML format for KB articles, so even if there is a way to export as XML, you will still need Kayako to write a script to import it.

excuse me

can you let me know exactly how to do that?:(

By connecting to your PHPMyAdmin you'll see the different export formats when chosing "export" (dump) your database. PHPMyAd must be installed on your hosting account, this is not a WHMCS tool.
