rodeoXtreme
Is it possible to export WHMCS Knowledge Base Articles as XML? Unfortunately our Support Team can only use Kayako so we decided to integrate the whole help system. Thanks, Keith
RPS
If you want to import the WHMCS KB into Kayako, you will want to contact Kayako to achieve the correct information that must be imported. There isn't a standard XML format for KB articles, so even if there is a way to export as XML, you will still need Kayako to write a script to import it.
ask21900
Why not export the kb table in the db using phpmyadmin? It will let you export to csv. sql, xml, and others...

jnet
excuse me can you let me know exactly how to do that?
dsaunier
excuse mecan you let me know exactly how to do that? By connecting to your PHPMyAdmin you'll see the different export formats when chosing "export" (dump) your database. PHPMyAd must be installed on your hosting account, this is not a WHMCS tool.
jnet
Yes I know how to use phpmyadmin I downloaded the knowledgebase table of whmcs XMl format then I went to kayako and tired to upload it but it does not work nothing happens
Nick
You'll need to change table names / structure most likely. I'm not familiar with kayako's DB structure, so I can't give any specifics.
columbusgeek
You need to post your entire knowledge base up for us, so we can have it for our own sites. (it was worth a shot)
