Ticks
I have seen the numerous post on why this happens and have found the knowledge base on what has to be enabled but can someone tell me step by step on how to fix this. I have recently added a new server to the server config in whmcs and it shows the uptime and load as unavailable. I see the the exec and shell_exec have to be enabled but how do I do this. Step by step please. Thanks Roger.
cyberturk
You have to delete them from disable_functions: i php.ini file.

PPH
When you enter the path for the server status foler, are you remembering your trailing / ?
Ticks
Yep I made sure of that right off the bat. I can also go directly to the status folder via the url and it seems to show the info. It is strange indeed.
