  2. This has been sorted. The name was not resolving for some reason. Still looking into why
  3. Yep I made sure of that right off the bat. I can also go directly to the status folder via the url and it seems to show the info. It is strange indeed.
  4. Yep And I have checked in the php.ini and did not see any instance of these two commands in the disabled part.
  5. I have control over this box completely . Where would I do this at? Roger
  6. call me crazy but I cannot find them in that file. Roger
  7. I have seen the numerous post on why this happens and have found the knowledge base on what has to be enabled but can someone tell me step by step on how to fix this. I have recently added a new server to the server config in whmcs and it shows the uptime and load as unavailable. I see the the exec and shell_exec have to be enabled but how do I do this. Step by step please. Thanks Roger.
  8. ok I thought I had saved it but I guess I had not. Hmm but still the tickets do not go to the email like they are supposed to. SOmething on my end but any ideas. Edit: Like I said it was something on my end. I had the email piping code entered in wrong.
  9. yep I have already done that. I am also not getting the email to the email it is supposed to sent the ticket to. any ideas
  10. I have added two new departments to my whmcs. The problem I am having is I see these test tickets I have submitted on the home page of the admin panel but I cannat access these tickets. The only tickets I can access is the support tickets in the support department. Is there something that needs to be added in addition to just adding the department. I have also set up email piping for these two extra departments.
  11. I submitted another ticket asking them is they had. I will wait for a response and post back.
  12. I am trying to install the software. I am getting this error Site error: the file /home/portal/public_html/whmcs/install/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. I had my management company install the ion loader on my server and then tried to install and still get the same error. Are there any other things that might need to be installed or changed?
