How to add WordPress Header in WHMCS Client Area

Hi, I would like to add WordPress Header in WHMCS Client Area, however I am avoiding to add my header using php smarty tags due to security issues, is there a way to add the header in my WHMCS area using hooks instead, and if so how should I do it?
Please help!
