Pending Service Missing

I have a strange one here.

 

When I pull up my main Admin page, I have:

 

Pending Services: 1

Pending Domains: 1

 

When I go into either of those areas, nothing is listed.

 

I believe something happened with an order that was placed, in that it only half completed and therefore never actually registered in the system.

 

I'm wondering where I should start looking in order to correct this.
