We only seem to see references to usernames within whmcs in relation to cpanel. Our usernames (in our old system) are made up of the first letter of the first name and then the surname (all in lower case). Is there an easy way we can make our custom field (called Username and is a standard text box) automatically populate with first initial and full surname for the order?
