Terra
I'm curious - why does the client area "my products & services" show "No Hosting Accounts Setup" even if "my hosting packages" show active hosting packages set up? NB: my WHM is not integrated with the server, has this something to do with it? I'm just finding the "no hosting" message quite confusing for customers and can't quite understand what this page should show. many thanks, Edith

Hosting packages are on a seperate tab than products.
Terra
mh - I guess a "product" is a product which is set up with product type "other"?
Brett
Right, so if you have downloads or something of that sort, then you will see it there.

UH-Matt
OR just delete the other products link from the client area all together... no need for it to be there...
