Installation Success, then 500 Error

Recommended Posts

hello, forgive my frustration.

i am not a pro by any means but i have never come across a script that i couldnt install, that is until 2 days ago.

I have a Virtualmin Pro, i opted for a WHMCS because features and decent price.

I cannot get it to work.

First i uploaded files followed steps and install went as supposed to, then going to admin page got error 500.

checked the error logs, nothing there that should stop it from working.

Re installed manually again into another directory, nothing.

Paid for Installation ticket 2 days ago, still nothing.

I tried running auto install script in Virtualmin, got connection to database failed, aborting install.

I dont know what is going on.

here is apache error log
