Hi,

I get the message "Session Expired. Please reload the page before continuing" while I am typing in response to a ticket. It happens frequently and with different timeouts. I think these bizarre timeouts happen when I am changing the setup also. I have displeasure of my admins. Is there any idea to solve it?

I have increased the session.gc_max_lifetime in /etc/php.ini file but the problem persists.
