Sitecenter Posted January 8, 2008 Share Posted January 8, 2008 This happened on another copy of WHMCS and not ours 3.5.1 so please excuse me if this has been reported/fixed. I logged into my clients area and it displays the login name and password with a login button for the reseller server I am on. However, the password was the orginal one that had been created years ago and was not the current one that i had set via CPanel. Is this password supposed to be updated manually by the client or should there be a way for WHMCS to read current passwords from the clients? It uses the one stored in WHMCS - and you should instruct clients to change their password from your WHMCS client area to ensure they are kept in sync.
