DigitalEnigma
Hi, Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, I've noticed that when an account has a pending cancellation request that invoices are still generated for the account renewal. For example Joe requests to cancel his hosting at the end of the current billing cycle before the invoice for the next cycle had been generated. As this isn't to be cancelled until the end of the current paid period the next invoice is generated. Suerly when generating the invoices it should check for a pending cancellation request and not generate the next cycles invoice?
brianoz
If that's happening, sounds like a bug to me as they've already requested cancellation.
othellotech
I've noticed the same thing, which then leaves "due" invoices on cancelled clients, requiringmanual work - you need to report it WHMCS support as a bug
DigitalEnigma
Hi Rob, I have mentioned this to Matt earlier today. It's not a bug but more of an oversight as it wasn't coded to check the for cancellations when generating invoices. Hopefully some sort of checking will be added in a near future build.
jas
yeh would be nice if this could be resolved. Obviously it aint massively important but would be nice to be fixed.
