Rusky Posted February 10, 2022 Share Posted February 10, 2022 Is it possible to geo block just the Create New Support Request page in the customer portal to only allow submissions from our home country (Australian IP's)? We have a lot of spam being submitted through this page from other countries and can't seem to stop it. We have CAPTCHA v2 enabled (on the highest challenge setting) and I've been adding individual IP addresses to the block list in WHMCS, however the submissions seem to be coming from a different IP address each time (all seem to be US IP addresses so far). I've been looking at some .htaccess solutions online, however they seem to all block access to the entire site. I don't want to block the whole US (or other countries) IP ranges for the whole portal domain, just the Create New Support Request page.
