davet
How would WHMCS handle this scenario? Let's say a customer signs up 10 hosting accounts on 1 day and is billed monthly. When the accounts are due the following month will 10 separate invoices be created for 10 hosting accounts or will just 1 invoice be created with 10 line items?

0 davet
hmm... something about this just doesn't seem right. Can this be fixed? If multiple products are going to be invoiced on the same day they should be on 1 invoice... whether or not the orders were placed in one go. Here's my predicament... I have some old servers which use a custom control panel... before the days of Ensim, Cpanel and Plesk. It doesn't have any sort of reseller manager like Ensim and the others do but I do have 'resellers' for these accounts. Resellers basically just get each individual account at a discount. I currently use Optigold to bill this resellers. The accounts are setup as 'slave' accounts and all are invoiced on 1 invoice every month. I'm trying to figure out the best way to use WHMCS instead to invoice these type of resellers. Some of these resellers have 100 'slave' accounts. I wouldn't want those resellers to receive 100 separate invoices every month. Any suggestions?

0 Terra
The WHM site says: Products & Services that are due on the same date by the same customer and with the same payment method and grouped into a single invoice to make payment easy through a single transaction. so it looks like you're okay - why not try it on out the demo version? all the best, Edith

I just had the dilemma with the reseller accounts. So should "Products & Services that are due on the same date by the same customer and with the same payment method and grouped into a single invoice to make payment easy through a single transaction." really say.. 0 davet
As long as all products for the customer have the same "Next Due Date" they will all be invoiced on 1 invoice.
