Change title and description pages

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I would like to change the title and description of pages.
Now it is all the same all over the website.

This is in my header.tpl file:

{if in_array($templatefile, ['minecraft-hosting', 'premium-minecraft-hosting'])}
	{assign skipMainBodyContainer true}
{/if}

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<title>ConsulHosting | Goedkope Minecraft Server Hosting</title>
<link rel="canonical" href="https://consulhosting.nl/">

</head>

How can I then set specific pages on the website to have a different title & description?

Sincerely,
Joel
