tkalfaoglu Posted February 5, 2022 Share Posted February 5, 2022 Hi there. It used to be that if a user bought a second hosting using PLESK, the PLESK would join those two hostings into one. Now it seems the customer ends up with several different users at plesk, say JOHN DOE 44 JOHN DOE 233 JOHN DOE 188 Therefore when the WHMCS's Login To Plesk is clicked, since there is only 1 UUID field, the customer is sent to JOHN DOE 44. So, the customer cannot access his/her other hostings. It is also possible that all these extra accounts are a result of my recent migration - I don't know.
