Host Champions Posted January 18, 2022 Share Posted January 18, 2022 Hello, I am new to WHMCS. I ordered and paid for the installation and configuration service 3-4 weeks ago. Since this time, I have had to endure emailing the company back and forth to ask for their assistance with completing the task they were paid to do. I have to wait 1-2 full business days for a response and each time they never provide me with a solution that solves the issue. We are talking two weeks just trying to get help with one issue. They are doing all that they can to make sure I am setup and running, However, they were very sure to charge my card and collect their fees even though I am not able to use my account yet.
