Customize Cancellation email (include domain if not renewing)

Currently when a customer chooses to cancel a product they receive a cancellation email. However if they selected to not renew the domain name during the hosting cancellation process there is no mention of that in the email. It only relates to the hosting

See current cancellation confirmation email

Dear {$client_name},

This email is to confirm that we have received your cancellation request for the service listed below.

Product/Service: {$service_product_name}
Domain: {$service_domain}

{if $service_cancellation_type=="Immediate"}The service will be terminated within the next 24 hours.{else}The service will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period on {$service_next_due_date}.{/if}

Please note:  You may continue to receive notification(s) of any domain that is due to expire. This is a requirement set by the domain name regulators.

Thank you for using {$company_name} and we hope to see you again in the future.

1. Is it possible to also (using conditional display) include a message if the domain was not going to renew aswell? we often get customers reply to this email to confirm it included the domain name aswell.

2. Further to this we see if they cancel hosting and there is an invoice it will remove the line item in the invoice for the hosting, but if they opted to  NOT renew the domain during cancellation it does not remove the domain name line item (why is this treated differently) - personally i think the invoice should be cancelled and no line items removed for clarity

Appreciate your thoughts and assistance
