Bossmanuk Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 Hello Everyone, I was wondering if any resellers could help with some questions i have on reselling OpenXchange - OX App Suite through MarketConnect. I just need a little clarification please. 1. When a customer places an order and if they were using Cpanel mailboxes previously will they still work apart from the one that has now been setup on OX App Suite? Would that mailbox need to be deleted from Cpanel once it has finished migration? 2. Can mailboxes sizes be upgraded separately or does the whole package need to be upgraded to get larger mailboxes? 3. If clients use CloudFlare does the MX records etc need to be added to their dns as well? 4. If a customer decides they don’t want the service anymore and paid yearly how does refunds work? 5.
