Moving the whmcs installation to a new folder

Hello there,

I have installed whmcs on the root folder of a domain mydomain.com and now I want to move that installation to a subfolder "mydomain.com/whmcs"

would that affect the setting and changes I have made earlier? Like, theme customisation, server settings, etc...? Thanks.
